About the Role
Teamlynkx is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Specialist to lead and oversee accounting operations for our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and process optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple client accounts while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
Implement process improvements and automation for efficiency.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in outsourcing or client service roles.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
