About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Estimation & Design Engineer to lead cost estimation, project planning, and design support for construction projects. This role requires a seasoned engineer with strong technical, analytical, and project management skills. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate bids, optimizing project costs, and supporting design strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate cost estimates for construction and design projects.
Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications.
Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules for clients.
Provide design support using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in estimation and design.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
