About the Role
Teamlynkx is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our digital strategy and drive measurable results across all digital channels. This role requires a seasoned marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands multi-channel campaign execution, and has a strong track record of driving growth through performance marketing, SEO, email, and content strategy.
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing full-funnel digital marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-value audiences. This role is both strategic and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
- Oversee and optimize campaigns across channels including:
- Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing)
- Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, X, etc.)
- SEO (technical and content strategy)
- Email Marketing / Marketing Automation
- Programmatic, Display & Retargeting
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI through data-driven campaign decisions.
- Lead performance reporting, tracking, and analysis using Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and other tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- (Master’s degree is a plus.)
- 5–8+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance and growth.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deep knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
